Media Correspondent

You'll be our eyes on the ground. Photos, video, and content that capture what these sailings really feel like. If you know how to tell a story and make people feel like they were there, this is for you.

This role is volunteer-based right now. You're not paid up front, but here's what you get instead.
Free travel. You sail with us and cover the trip.
Real experience and content for your own portfolio.
A path to paid work. As we grow, strong correspondents are first in line for paid roles.

DJ

Our parties live and die by the music. We want DJs who can read a room and keep the energy up all night. Our crowd is sapphic women of color who came to have a good time, so you've got to bring it.

Your cabin is free. You travel on us.
We pay for the gig too. Since your travel is covered, we'll work out a rate that's fair to both of us from your standard pricing.
You get to play for a crowd that shows up ready and shows out.
Real talk: we could just hire a Virgin Voyages DJ. We don't, because that's not who we are. Our brand is built on our own people and our own sound, and we'd rather bring in DJs who get that.

This is the pro behind the camera. You shoot our events and deliver polished photos and video we can use across the brand. Where our correspondents tell the story, you're the one making it look incredible.

Your work gets seen. Every sailing puts your shots in front of a growing community.

Event Logistics Assistant

You're the one who keeps our events running smooth. Setup, check-in, keeping the schedule on track, and handling the little things before they become big things. If you're organized and stay calm when it gets busy, this is your lane.
