Complete the intake form at sapphicsail.com. JaNae will personally reach out within 24–48 hours with your secure booking link. You will complete your reservation directly through Virgin Voyages using that link — which automatically registers you as an official Sapphic Sail guest. Booking without our link does not grant access to Sapphic Sail events.

Once you receive your personalized booking link from Sapphic Sail, you will be directed to a secure Virgin Voyages payment page. You can pay in full or put down a deposit to hold your cabin. You will then create a Virgin Voyages account where all your voyage details live in one place. All payments go directly through Virgin Voyages — never through Sapphic Sail.

You can book the sailing directly through Virgin Voyages, but you will not have access to any Sapphic Sail exclusive events, programming, or community spaces unless your reservation is made through Sapphic Sail. Our booking link places you on the official Sapphic Sail manifest.

A deposit is all that is required to secure your cabin. Deposits for Sailing One start at 420 depending on cabin type. Your remaining balance is due by June 14th — pay it however you like between now and then, all at once or in increments. Full payment details will be outlined when you receive your booking link.

Cancellation and refund policies follow Virgin Voyages standard terms, which vary depending on how far in advance you cancel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Contact JaNae at [email protected] for any event-specific concerns.

Yes! Registration is open for our currently available sailings, including our Pride 2027 sailing and the Most Lit Cruise with Boss Britt. Sailing One and Sailing Two are sold out, but you can book any open sailing right now. See available sailings →

Yes. All guests must be 21 years of age or older — no exceptions. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. This applies to every guest in your booking, including cabin roommates. Reservations that include guests under 21 will be cancelled.

Yes. A valid passport is required for all guests. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Apply or renew early — standard processing takes 8–11 weeks. Bring your physical passport to embarkation. Digital copies are not accepted.

Sapphic Sail is designed exclusively for sapphic women of color — women who love women, ages 21 and up. This is a WLW-centered, WOC-first space. Every detail of the experience reflects that intention.

Sapphic Sail is a WLW-only experience. To preserve the safety, comfort, and integrity of our community space, all guests must identify as women who love women. If you have questions about a specific situation, please reach out to JaNae directly before booking.

Yes! Once your booking is confirmed through Sapphic Sail, you will be added to the official Sapphic Sail group chat where you can connect with fellow sailors, ask questions, coordinate travel plans, and start building community before embarkation day.

Your Sapphic Sail booking unlocks access to all exclusive programming — private welcome receptions, themed cocktail events, curated deck parties, community brunches, and special activations. Event access is granted via your Sapphic Sail wristband received at embarkation.

Virgin Voyages includes all restaurants and dining (no extra dining packages needed), gratuities, group fitness classes, basic WiFi, and access to all ship amenities including the award-winning Redemption Spa. Alcoholic beverages, spa treatments, and specialty experiences are available at additional cost.

Absolutely. Virgin Voyages offers a range of cabin categories from solo-traveler studios to larger sea terraces for groups. When you complete your intake form, let us know how many guests will be in your party. All guests must be 21 and book through Sapphic Sail.

While travel insurance is not required, we strongly recommend it. Travel insurance can protect your investment in the event of unexpected illness, flight cancellations, or emergencies. Ask JaNae about insurance options when you receive your booking link.

Yes. Cruise pricing on Virgin Voyages is dynamic and adjusts based on demand and availability as cabins fill up. The sooner you book, the better your rate. Rates shown on our site reflect current pricing and are subject to change without notice.
